BIOLOGICAL SAFETY CABINET CLASS II B2 - MODEL ADVANCE

Biological safety cabin type: CLASS II B2 according to EN 12469 standard.

Work area and work surface built in AISI 304 stainless steel.

Sliding front glass with alarm position. It can be raised or lowered manually or electronically, so that the cabin can be opened when it is turned off.

The recycled air is filtered by an absolute HEPA H14 filter (99.995% MPPS EN1822 efficient) and is sent to the work area at a rate between 0.25 and 0.45 m/s

100% air expulsion and 0% recirculation with filter saturation compensation.

Three stages of filtration, including 2 H-14 HEPA filters.

The air expelled to the outside is filtered by an independent HEPA H14 absolute filter (99.995% MPPS efficiency EN1822 Standard) dedicated to this purpose.

Work area maintains laminar flow conditions with an air purity type ISO 4 (according to ISO 14644) or Class 10 (according to Fed. Std. 209).

Protective barrier in work area with a speed greater than or equal to 0.5 m/s.

Microprocessor-controlled cabin with upgradable FLASH memory and external display for easy visualization of cabin control parameters (speeds, flow rates, plenum pressure, expulsion barriers, humidity, temperature, etc...). The drive has a USB for obtaining event logs.

The cab is equipped with an easy-to-use touch panel with safety key for white/ultraviolet lighting control, internal electrical socket.

Alarms for detecting problems in the drive system and the protection barrier by negative pressure and door opening, by voice and light warning on the screen.

Fluorescent and UV lighting exclusive.

Working voltage 110-220 V. 50/60 Hz. Maximum current consumption 4 A. (approx. 800 w.).

  1. 7-inch color touch screen: touch operation, clearer and more dynamic real-time display of safety cabin parameters, with value timing function.
  2. The power-on password can be set to prevent unrelated personnel from operating improperly. Automatic air speed adjustment.
  3. It allows shutdown memory function, so the state before shutting off is reset after powering on. It is indicated by a visual alarm.
  4. PLC capable of recording laminar flow rate data, barriers, error alarms at the control level.
  5. The integrated design of the operating area makes it easy to disassemble and clean.
  6. The work area is equipped with an air velocity sensor. Enables real-time monitoring.
  7. The front glass can be used manually and electrically, so that it can be closed by pulling down on the glass when the cabin is off.
  8. The cab is independent of the support table (optional). Adjustable base height can be customized (optional)
  9. Internal lock function: UV lamp and front window; UV lamp and fan, fluorescent lamp; fan and front window.
  10. Front access for filter change.
  11. Timing function, which can automatically set the start and off time of the booth and the operating time of UV, fans and plugs.
  12. Remote control. All cabin functions can be controlled from six meters away, and thus be able to protect the user in case of emergency.
  13. Ergonomically tested, thanks to the noise level that is less than 55 dBA, below the level required by the 65 dBA standard.
  14. Monitoring and adjustment of filter clogging minimizing the cost of replacing filters.
  15. Designed with a 10º inclination, according to ergonomic conditions, which allow a better view of the interior.
  16. Thanks to its front design, it allows the technician to have an unobstructed 360 vision.
